There is always something to do, something to see, and somewhere to go. It is right across the street from Publix so there is almost no reason to get in a car. The Twin Towers is beautifully maintained and has all the charm of "Old Florida". In addition to private beach access, you also get a heated pool, a pickle ball court, shuffle board, covered parking, and outdoor bathrooms so you can stay at the beach all day if your heart desires. Cocoa Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, so if you love the beach (like me), you will not hesitate with this special location. Rentals are limited to a minimum of 90 days and anything under six months incurs a 5% tourist tax. Unfortunately, HOA rules prohibit pets for renters, therefore, sadly I cannot accept your fur babies. Viewings are by appointment only. See you at the beach! Absolutely no smoking indoors. Leases from 90-120 days will include electric. Regardless of lease terms, water, trash, internet and cable are included in monthly rent. Due to HOA rules, leases are limited to no less than 90 days.
