We both work full-time, during the day. We are very responsible, mature, pay all bills on time, clean, and don't throw crazy parties. One roomie has a medical cannabis card that's used in the bedroom only. The room costs about $600 a month per person ($508 + bills), including utilities! It is legit the best deal in town!
