Nice and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Easy access to laundry facility (about 1/2 mile away) and local food/shopping. Company pays for trash removal, Tenants pay for electric and gas utilities, and pays a $30 water escrow each month for actual water used (any unused escrow is returned, any balance will require payment). This escrow is in addition to rent. Appliance are available in the unit already, but will not be repaired/replaced at company expense as they are considered free to use. If you have your own appliances, please let us know and we will remove the existing ones. NOTE - there is a $30 application fee per person that is non-refundable, but is applied toward the move in costs if approved and you move in.
