Cottage is fully furnished with queen bed and sofa bed. Owner lives in main house so it is a hosted rental. Rarely available- 3 year tenant just moved out to go to larger home. There is no heating or cooling but there are many french doors you can open. Beautiful new lanai on front of house. This is "off grid" in that we use water catchment tank with a pump that circulates water to the cottage house. HELCO for electric.
