Repairs and Maintenance Tenant must notify landlord promptly about any needed repairs. Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or neglect. Landlord will handle major repairs not caused by tenant. Tenant is responsiable for pest issue. 9. Entry Landlord may enter the unit with 24-hour notice for inspections, repairs, or showings. No notice is required in case of emergency. 10. Move-Out At the end of the lease, the tenant must: Remove all personal belongings Clean the apartment Return all keys Provide a forwarding address Deposit deductions may apply for damage, unpaid rent, unreturned keys, or if the unit is left unclean.
