We love the apartment as it is a light-filled corner unit surrounded by greenery and an excellent location with Trader Joe's, Target, QFC, Ross, and many other stores that are accessible by foot. There is an attached garage connected to the apartment which is great. The washer and dryer are ensuite also. The place looks brand new as the construction was completed in 2017. We have about 4 months left on the lease until 8/14 and would like to have someone who is clean, responsible, and has good credit history to take over the apartment because our names need to remain on the lease for the sublet. Pets are ok with an extra deposit. No smoking or drugs. Tenants pay water, sewer, and electricity.
