Apartment Includes a very spacious fenced in back yard, covered patio, water, trash and laundry area to hook up washer/dryer and built in bookshelf for extra storage. Kitchen Includes fridge, dishwasher, range and above range microwave. We are pet friendly ($25 a month per animal added into rent) but dogs cant be over 50 pounds and for insurance reasons we cant allow pit-bulls, rottweilers, doberman, etc.. The property is very quiet and laid back. with great friendly people living all around. The location is great because of the close access to 1-12.
