There is a desk space to work at, along with an exercise bike in the corner. The backyard has a new gated fence with lock for safety, along with a new concrete patio. Landscaping is still in progress. There are 2 cameras on the property - one outside the front door and one on the garage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
