Thick concrete block walls deaden sound. Every tenant thinks they are the only one living there. Clean complex and clean apartment. This will be the cleanest apartment you will see. Safe. Off the beaten path so no one comes into complex without a purpose. Well lit. Security cameras discourage crime. Our tenants feel very safe day or night. Well maintained. We fix anything that breaks immediately. Friendly and considerate neighbors. We own the whole complex and carefully select tenants who are nice people. Many of our tenants have been there more than 5 years and 4 tenants have been there more than 10 years. Our tenants tell us they want to lie there forever. This is a place that people make home. About the apartment: The description we get most often is cute. Medium sized. Not big, but not small. Just right. Nice sized living room. Eat in kitchen includes frig and stove. Huge master bed room. Average sized second bedroom. Big closets. Bathroom. Central air conditioning. Tile flooring in living room and laminate wood flooring in bedrooms. Community laundry. Hurricane impact windows deaden sound from outside. Concrete block walls deaden sound from adjacent apartments. So not only is it quiet, it is a safe place to be in a hurricane.
