    Hamilton apt Contact person: Catherine 7079409. Please call or text instead of sending emails if you are interested. On my commercial property I have an office that I use for my business, which is actually a former 3 bedroom house. We have carved 3 rooms that were the living room, dining room and kitchen into an apartment that we are allowed to rent for security purposes. These rooms receive central heat & air, water, sewer, electricity and cable. The old kitchen only has a fridge, microwave, toaster and hotplate and the sink is a deep sink in the bath down the hall a few steps. It has it`s own entrance onto a small back porch 10ft from your parking space. The porch has a washer and dryer for your private use. Our business office is only open from 9 to 5 Monday - Thursday and 12 to 3 on Friday and we`re seldom there after those hours or on the weekend. We`d prefer an older single person who would benefit from this great safe location so they can save some money. They would need to be either quite during working hours or at work themselves so that they don`t disturb our staff and customers of course. The tenant access is gated and well lighted and very safe. If this is something that might work for you or someone you know then please give us a call very soon since this apt. only comes available every few years. My mother (96) has been here for 2 years but is now in assisted living so I can tell you again that it`s safe. It's a non smoking unit. One person only, No Pets are allowed. Deposit: $650.
