Each unit is the same size and layout with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1126 square feet. Lease is one year minimum. Maximum occupancy is 4 including children. We do not accept housing vouchers/section eight. Everyone 18 or older must apply. Application process includes a background and credit check which is paid for by the applicant and costs $29.95. A clean background check and a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations is required.
