This home will be move in ready based on the time you will need to move in. It has a newer furnace and air conditioner, many new windows and a detached garage. Currently I (the tenant) am staying here and looking for someone to not take over my lease, but begin a new one. My lease ends officially April 30th, and with permission from my landlord, he would rather somebody sign a new lease than to take the rest of my 4 months remaining, which is completely understandable!
