The house is in a great location and is very close to several sites (space needle, gas works park, pike's place market, etc), downtown, the cruise terminals, and several area neighborhoods filled with great restaurants and fun stuff to do. There is also a Whole Foods and Total Wine just outside of the neighborhood from you as well as the D-line transit, which will take you pretty much anywhere in the area. This is a furnished townhouse style home with lease durations from 6, 9 and 12 months. Renters are responsible for internet (optional), water, garbage, sewer, gas and electricity usage. Monthly landscaping is covered by the landlord. This property, unfortunately, has a no pets policy and is also a non-smoking property. There is a 1-car garage that is large enough for a sedan or small SUV / CUV and there is ample street parking for larger vehicles. For maintenance, renters are required to notify the owner (via phone, email, text) for maintenance authorization.
