The house is in a great location and is very close to several sites (space needle, gas works park, pike's place market, etc), downtown, the cruise terminals, and several area neighborhoods filled with great restaurants and fun stuff to do. There is also a Whole Foods and Total Wine just outside of the neighborhood from you as well as the D-line transit, which is a great benefit if you work downtown or in one of the neighboring areas. Monthly landscaping is covered by the landlord. This property, unfortunately, has a no pets policy and is also a non-smoking property. For maintenance, renters are required to notify the owner (via phone, email, text) for maintenance authorization.
