This location is a short drive away from Santa Monica, UCLA, and Culver City. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with individual temperature control. There are 8 bedrooms in total with a shared living room, kitchen and laundry area. Rent is $1650 and utilities are also included! 1. Utilities, wifi furniture, basic cookware, towels and bedding are included. We also provide basic necessities like laundry detergent, trash bags and hand soap. There is an in unit washer and dryer. 2. Parking on site is not provided, but there is free overnight street parking 3. Most of our guests are long term guests/ tenants, so unfortunately, we don't offer additional discounts at the moment 4. This is a co-living concept with shared space.
