It is a large craftsman and this apartment is on the 2nd floor with tenants below. We remodeled the home after we purchased it Summer of 2019, keeping all of the original wood features and built ins. There are gorgeous wood floors in the kitchen and large windows throughout the apartment allow for tons of bright, natural light to fill the home all day long. The living room is a perfect sitting area overlooking the beautifully landscaped front yard. It has wonderful lighting (as do the two bedrooms). Bedrooms are spacious and have deep closets for storage and there are two other storage closets; one in the kitchen and one in the hallway. The bathroom, also freshly remodeled, has a spacious clawfoot tub for a relaxing evening bath, as well as a shower. Newly remodeled kitchen, includes new quality appliances, refinished hardwood floors and a beautiful kitchen nook with two tables and benches surrounding it. We have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. The application process will open at approximately 6-6:30pm on Wednesday, 10/1 and will be sent as requested.
