I am a female and want to share this condo where I currently live with one female; 2bd/2ba comfortable, clean, relaxed and spacious split level. Short term or long is okay. Student or working professional okay. Great location; access to main freeways, tech companies and shopping. Condo is near Lawrence Exp. in Sunnyvale. No lease required as I've been here many years. Mo. to mo. with 1 mo notice to vacate. Rent is $1185 and deposit is $1185.00. Utilities additional, usually around $75 a mo. total for each of us for elect, gas, water/garbage and internet. I use Smart TV/Roku. No cable but hookups are there if you want it in bedroom/living room. Laundry is right next to this unit. No storage. No pets/smoking/ street parking only. Not a party atmosphere. Comfortable place to call home. Mostly young families in the complex. Available September 28. Condo is older, w/white walls and light brown carpet. A spacious 1000 sq ft unit which is why I've stayed here so long. I keep it clean and it's easy to maintain. Split level: lower is a large living room, fireplace and small patio. Upper level: dining area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom is 14 X 10 (unfurnished); which includes a good-sized closet, its own separate bathroom next to bedroom w/tub & shower. Me: outgoing, sociable, active, neat and clean. I enjoy the outdoors, community, church and social activities; movies, concerts, festivals etc. I'm in the medical field; a down-to-earth Midwest raised practical person and have lived here several years.
