Shared parking, carport and on the street in front of the house. Please be courteous to not block one another, especially in the mornings for work. ONLY ONE ROOM AVAIL TO RENT. THERE IS NO CARPET. VINYL FLOORING (there's a pic) WILL BE DONE END OF JULY. i have a room in Phoenix, seven minutes from GCU, 15-18 minutes away from asu downtown phx campus, 15 minutes from downtown phx and sky harbor airport, with easy access to the light rail just down the street. I'm looking for a clean and responsible roommate. what's included in the rent? utilities are included and cover gas, electricity, water, and optional Wifi. Shared household items (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) can be split three ways if interested. ps i do have 3 cats. if you have storage, please rent out a storage unit. i do not like/ want clutter on my property, as i also don't have that much storage space on the property. i can try to work with most people's budget. but this is my pricing.
