Not a whole lot of closet space, but have a cabinet outside in the hallway for you to store any extra clothes or etc. Also have some extra storage in a closet near the bathroom for any extra items needed to be stored. Shared parking, carport and on the street in front of the house. Please be courteous to not block one another, especially in the mornings for work. ONLY ONE ROOM AVAIL TO RENT. I have a room located in phoenix 7 minutes away from gcu, 15 min from downtown phx and phx sky harbor airport + easy access to light rail (literally down the street). looking for someone who is clean and responsible. i'm located walking distance from christown mall (target, walmart, ulta, bath and body works) chipotle, pizza hut, and chickfila. utility bill not included in price ($900). utilities include gas, light, water, and wifi (optional). genuinely feel like the pricing is good based on the area. at the end of the day i am willing to accommodate with the renter in the price, but this is MY set pricing which again i feel is reasonable. i also am including common household items such as toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and any other common items the whole household could share if you'd like to split the fee 3 ways.
