It is also steps away from plenty of dining and shopping options. The apartment is located a few blocks from DePaul University and the Old Town School of Folk Music, Armitage location is a block away. Lincoln Park Zoo and North Avenue beach are but a mile away. The apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen has been recently updated and has a dishwasher. There are two washing machines and two dryers in the building (free of charge). Owner pays for water. The subtenant is responsible for gas an electric. Dogs and cats under 60 lbs. are allowed for a non refundable fee of $350. No aggressive breeds allowed.
