So be courteous to our neighbors, and no loud noises while on the roof deck. This is a fully furnished rental. If you break it, lose it, or it's just not here when you leave, you replace it with same item. If I replace it, there's also a $20 processing fee. Comfortable for 2 people Any additional person staying more than 3 days needs to be cleared with the landlord.
