I have a beautiful condo for rent. It is one bedroom living room kitchen and bathroom. 925/month. 1st month and security needed. Must pass background check and credit check (so if you have a crazy record or a credit score under 650 dont bother). The condo is in a co-op. They require the background and credit check. Heat water trash and cable are included. Its a great deal. You only pay electric (heat isn't electric). When I lived there my electric was about 20-40 / month. I require a one year lease. (So if your one of those people who can't handle the responsibility of paying rent at least 12 months in a row dont bother me please.) I am a good landlord. You call me and i fix stuff. I treat you good... You treat me good. There is laundry on-site. 1.00 for washers and .25/15minutes for dryers. CHEAP! There is off street parking. The apartment has 2 floors bed and bath on 2nd floor. I have attached pictures but unfortunately they are of the outside. It is now empty and ready for rental in about a month. No pets. FYI cats are pets! heat cable Water & Trash are included. You pay electric. credit check and background check acquired. No pets!
