While Old Town gets quiet by 11 PM, the master bedroom may hear occasional laughter and conversation from passersby. Guests must provide documentation verifying their pet's breed and vaccination records before arrival. Any misrepresentation of the pet's breed or behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund. Pets are not permitted on indoor furniture, and guests are responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause damage to the property or disturb neighbors. Any damage caused by pets will be the financial responsibility of the guest. Guests assume full liability for any injuries or damages caused by their pets during their stay. Any violation of the pet policy may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. The hot and cold of the upstairs hall bathroom cannot be adjusted due to the old house plumbing. Portable fans are available for guest use in the downstairs and upstairs closets.
