Home needs full remodel, structurally sound. It briefly had flood water in it in 2019. The Sheetrock on the lower level has been removed 4ft up. Both bathrooms are gutted, the first floor bathroom needs the floor replaced due to a leaking water heater. The floor has been removed. There are several lots available with the home and also 60x34 shop with 5 bays on of which has a concrete floor. The shop has separate power from the house. I have also installed a 30 amp RV hookup on the exterior of the shop. Lots and shop can be sold with the home but aren’t included in this price. I would like to sell as one piece of property if possible.
No rent to own. I am open to a large down payment and short contract to complete the sale.

This property would he great for greenhouses or a hobby farm, it is on the edge of city limits and small piece of the property is outside of city limits. You can have farm animals inside city limits, also there is no zoning. City water and sewer are available on the property.
