At $1.12 per square foot per month, it's a bargain compared to most downtown apartments. People reside at Aurora for many years, only leaving when they buy a home or move to another city. We're happy to reduce the rent by $25 for a single occupant. The lease runs through March 31, 2023 with option to renew afterwards. Sorry -- we love animals, but Aurora is not a good place for pets.
