This is a small older home. Four rooms main floor and bathroom. The upstairs can be used as an extra bedroom to make it (3bdrms) but not recommended for little ones because stairs leading up. We are in the process of painting the inside, cleaning windows inside and out, putting in new flooring so it probably will not be available until Oct. 1st. If you are interested you can stop by to see it but it is a work in progress (my husband or myself is almost always there working on the place- if there is a vehicle in the front or back.
