    What's special

    I'm subleasing my apartment at 203 E Stoughton (between Springfield and University, a block from County Market). Apartment is available now (although I'd need a few days to move my stuff out of the apartment if you want to move in ASAP) and move-out date for you will be August 5. Latest move-in day is May 20. All utilities (including high-speed WiFi) are included in the rent except electricity, which usually is about $50 a month. There's no parking space included, but there's permit street parking right next to the apartment and a summer permit costs $105. Rent is $500 per month. This is a significant discount as the normal rent is about $700/month. Due to rental company JSM's leasing regulations, this amount must be paid upfront. Read more about the leasing regulations here: https apartments.jsmliving.com/subleasing It's a nicely kept, furnished apartment with a balcony overlooking Boneyard Creek park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has skylight windows that provide really nice lighting throughout the apartment. It also has vaulted ceilings. It's 10 minutes by foot to Illini Union and a block away from County Market. The furniture provided by the leasing company includes a very comfortable bed, couch, chair, desk, two stools, two coffee tables, huge fridge, clothes cabinet (w. drawers), and ceiling lamps throughout the apartment. There's also washer/dryer in unit, new wired and wireless 1G fiber optic internet, microwave, 40" Flat Screen TV, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and air conditioner. If you want to borrow some of my stuff (in addition to the furniture provided by the leasing company listed above), e.g. bedding, floor lamps, kitchen utensils and appliances (plates, bowls, crock pot, toaster etc.), you're welcome to, but I'm also happy to remove all of my stuff so you can bring your own.
