The bathroom has natural light and an enclosed shower with a separate light over the shower. The space can be unfurnished or lightly furnished. Specific utilities included are electricity, water, sewer, trash, and Wifi. Not included is Cable TV. The laundry room is shared and owners retain access through the apartment's living room to the laundry room to wash their clothes. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed because owners are allergic to both. We are near New Covenant School, and Lynchburg College, Fresh Market and Aldi's. We are 13 minutes from Liberty University. We are a Christian family, and while you are not required to share our faith, successful applicants will be respectful of the way we wish to raise our children in our home. Since there are young children upstairs, successful applicants will need to go through a criminal and credit check (600+).
