Easy walk to Gordo's bakery, Starbucks (Brainerd Road), Anglican Church of the Redeemer, and even walk/bike to the Chickamauga Greenway walking/biking path that connects to the Camp Jordan greenspace! When you hop in the car, it's an easy 10-12 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga or to Hamilton Place mall in the other direction. Tenant pays for all utilities, with the exception of trash which is included. Pets will considered on a case-by-case basis with additional pet deposit of $500, half of which is refundable upon move-out, and monthly pet rent of $25 per animal.
