This is a weekly seasonal rental starting: May 14th to May 21st - $1,800 for the week May 21st to June 25th - $2,200 for the week (June 11th to the 18th booked) June 18th to July 2nd - $2200 for the week July 2nd to July 9th - $2400 for the week July 9th to August 6th - $2,300 for the week August 6th to September - 3rd $2300 for the week September 3rd to October 29th $250 per night with a three night minimum. Security Deposit is half the weeks rental, refundable 5 days after the rental as long as there is no damage and all leasing terms are not broken. Willing to discuss any reasonable offers.
