Talk about retaining the charm of the old days! I don't think there is a country kitchen for sale as cute as this one! Not an inch of wasted space in this cottage. New chain link fence along with a newer poured stamped concrete patio out back and a lazy day covered front porch with an adorable swing. The living room use to have a wood pellet stove and is still piped for one for easy installation if you choose to do so. The outbuilding stays and the home has an attic fan for those lovely spring days. Utilities are pretty low and could be lower with a pellet stove. Refrigerator stays and all the electric was updated in 2006!
