We still have one room available 1350(when owner is not home)/1100 when owner is home. The room is fully furnished, with a closet, queen size bed, and nightstand. You will also have a mounted smart TV and a ceiling fan. The 1350/1100 will include utilities(electricity, water, gas, wifi) with a cap (for each utility). The bathroom, laundry room, living and kitchen will be shared. There is parking. The property is surrounded by a perimeter fence, making the space private and open for you to enjoy outside.
