Large washer/dryer. Location is amazing, quick access to 520 & 405, close to Microsoft Campuses. Trader Joe's, Pagliaccis, Walgreens are all on our same block, and we're just 2 blocks away from Fred Meyer. Since our price was locked in, this is going for $120 less than the current rate. Parking is $100 and you pay all utilities separate. Sublease situation: Renter will be added to lease as "roommate" but will have the whole unit and be responsible for all rent/utilities/fees
