As the landlord, I will honestly tell you that I'm as slum as they come! I will take your deposit wrongfully. I will blame all my tenants for damages and so forth. I have done this in the past and have gotten away with it! So whose next? Any single parents who want to be taken advantage of, I'm your landlord! So come one and come all. It will be a pleasure to take your money and anything else I can get freely. Ask yourself one question, why would any tenants move out of a 3bed/2.5bath home?
