I would like to thank everyone for the interest in my condo. Unfortunately, my work takes me out of town during the week so I'm only available for tours on Saturdays. Due to every scheduled tour so far being a NO show. If you would like to see the place, I will be working in there this coming Saturday (July 24th) from 12p to 5pm trying to finish up repairs. Anyone can come between these times. With my need to rent my condo ASAP, if you apply and are approved and able to move in any day in July, there will be NO monthly rent for the month of August. All you will need to provide are any Security deposits due and pet fees. Renter is responsible for water and electricity. Only two pets are allowed in the home and pet fee is $200 for one and $300 for two, one time payment. No smoking in the residence. Can only sign a year lease.
