The house has a 40-year warranty metal roof (April, 2021); it’s all brick and sits on 1.5 acres. Fenced backyard & shed. We get loads of food such as eggs, meat, vegetables, berries, fruits and medicinal herbs from our little quaint homestead farm. We have rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese and goats. We have everything from strawberries, mulberries to grapes; apple trees, apricot trees, peaches, nectarines, pears, plums, loquats, figs, pomegranates, cherries, persimmon, American pawpaw and passion fruit; chestnuts, hazelnuts, and pecans, established asparagus varieties, comfrey & redbud; wine cap mushrooms; in 2020, we harvested 850lb of sweet potatoes from 1/3 of the front back-to-eden garden! Finally, no HOA!
