This property has a large kitchen with a proper amount of storage. The windows throughout the house receive sunlight all throughout the day within the dining room, kitchen and living room. The dining room and living room are connected giving it a very spacious atmosphere. Each bedroom has a closet and at least one window. My wife and I love this house so if there are any issues, we are quick to act on it. Renter is responsible for paying their own gas, electric and internet. Water is payed quarterly and renter is expected to pay their portion of consumption. No smoking allowed. No pets. One month of rent as the security deposit due at signing. The parking spot price is included in the rent. This is a 1 year lease. We need 4 months notice before moving out. We will discuss re-signing around that time as well. As for maintenance, we expect if you break something you will need to pay for it yourself. If it's not your fault then of course we will fix it promptly.
