    We are downsizing and can move out between May and August (we already have a place to downsize to). Thank you for considering making this your home! The HOA DOES permit RV's with covers behind the fence - the cement pad is extra deep to accomodate. There are many solicitors so we appreciate your efforts to connect and communicate so that we know when you aren't a robot using our contact info :) Texting questions is encouraged (any time is fine, the ringer is turned off and won't wake us up, so don't worry). The home is in good shape (will need new carpet and some fixture updates) with newer ac units (4) and pool equipment. The views are terrific from the back balconies and second story windows (what I'll miss the most), the neighborhood is quiet with great walking elevation changes, and the size and options within the home are unending. We enjoy the large dining/living/loft space and lots of natural light. There is the option of including some furnishings. We're not in a rush so thanks for communicating your timeframes. Keep smilin in the crazy market and times!
