The home is in good shape (will need new carpet and some fixture updates) with newer ac units (4) and pool equipment. The views are terrific from the back balconies and second story windows (what I'll miss the most), the neighborhood is quiet with great walking elevation changes, and the size and options within the home are unending. We enjoy the large dining/living/loft space and lots of natural light. There is the option of including some furnishings. We're not in a rush so thanks for communicating your timeframes.
