Private and Peaceful with a Great View This is a completely separate second dwelling on a large lakefront property. It includes large balcony, occasional access to Lake Sammamish waterfront, gas fireplace, washer, dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, bamboo wood floors, and brand new carpets. It is biking distance (~2 miles) from the main Microsoft campus. Parking with power outlets is available for $100/month/car. Water, sewage, and garbage disposal are included. There is a possibility of additional indoor parking and/or storage. If you want L2 charging for your electric vehicle, this is also a possibility - at least, the necessary wires are already roughed in. Let me know if any of these extras would be of interest to you. What is great about this property is its privacy and the view. It is a small apartment, but there are no neighbors living within earshot in any direction (above or below or to the sides). This makes the property unique. No Smoking. The renter is responsible for gas, electricity, and internet service. The current policy is no pets due to the high risk of property damage exceeding the maximum security deposit allowed by King County. I'm open to discussing this on a case-by-case basis though. The lease terms will require you to clean and stage the property 30 days before you leave, and allow prospective new tenants to view it during your last month. It's a month-to-month rental agreement but it is designed to be easier to terminate the lease during the spring and summer months. There are other terms - these are just some of the highlights. Screening criteria are mainly about establishing whether you have a history of being a good tenant and that you have the means to pay the rent. When you apply, you will need to be able to make your case in a verifiable way, such as proving employment status by sending me an email from your company email account or by providing a letter of employment.
