Private bedroom with lock and key. Shared kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathroom, washer and dryer. There is a small patio and is also shared. Feel free to lock a bike by the front door entrance. Bus 70 & 49 are close by for public transportation. There is a dog on premise full time, reconsider if you are allergic to dogs. Utilities will be billed monthly - divided by the number of people in the house. Cost can range from $100-$150 depending on usage. House rules: 1. No outside shoes; once you enter the house please change into slippers if you want. 2. No smoking - of any kind, if found a fee will be charged to you. 3. Besides the private bedroom - all other spaces are shared. Please be clean and respectful of all others living in the house. ie. if you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself. 4. No overnight dishes in the sink. 5. Washer & Dryer is in-unit and shared, so please take out your clothes from the machine in a timely manner. 6. Please try to maintain quiet hours from 11pm-7am - ie. dont start your laundry after 10pm since it needs time to wash and dry and the machine can be loud.
