Downtown Port Angeles is an easy 5 minute drive, however, biking or walking is also an easy option as the Discovery trail runs right into Downtown. There is a city bus stop less than three blocks away. All utilities and internet are included in rent. Duration of lease is negotiable, mid to long-term. Non smoking, no pets. Parking is in the back driveway, off of the alley, in a fully 6ft high fenced backyard. Yard maintenance is the landlords responsibility. Garbage disposal is in a shared dumpster, collected every other week. Renter is responsible for care and cleaning of the apartment and front door walkway.
