There's a shed for some storage, a washer and dryer in great condition, a kitchen with new appliances and a glorious surf shower in the back garden. Bikes can be stored in the house at street level. The house has 2 floor levels, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is clean, organized, and in very good condition. There are two of us living here. We are not a couple but we have shared this space for a while. We both work at home half of the time, like to do beachy things, and we cook a lot. Also sharing the home is a 10-year-old yellow Labrador with a very good disposition. We will run a credit report and a background check before the sublet agreement is signed.
