The room is in a nice three bedroom house less than a 10 minute walk to the University of Denver light rail station. The room has it's own attached half-bath and spacious closet. The house itself is totally furnished and has a huge basement for storage. Trash, water, recycling, and off-street parking are all included. $550/month (negotiable).
