The Nest is in an amazing location in the South Hill neighborhood of Spokane. Situated on a tree lined street with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished with all the amenities you need including wifi and highspeed internet. Dedicated office space to work from home, new washer dryer and Fireplace with a very stocked kitchen. Favorite space is the front porch, pure entertainment with many neighbors and familys walking to and from the parks in the area. Experience Spokane like a local, walk out the front door and you are minutes to downtown, hospitals, great restaurants, Manito Park, Grocery stores and Rockwood Bakery. The Nest is available for lease from June - August 2025. Ideally we would like to have one lease for all three months but we are open to a minimum of one month. Owner covers utilities, depending on rental needs we may require additional rent for any upgrades needed. We only accept pets that are good natured and are well trained. No smoking of any kind in the house. We just ask you treat it as you would your own home. Fees: Nonrefundable pet deposit, cleaning expense depending on the duration of your stay, rental deposit required and is refundable at the end of your stay. Early termination fee is one months rent.
