Master suite that occupies the entire third floor. Private bathroom with a large sunlight, a shower and separate bath with jets. Bedroom has two large closets. Central AC. Shared space includes a nice kitchen, living room and dining room and a great patio and garden in the backyard. Quiet tree lined street, but two blocks from two grocery stores, and tons of restaurants (including a great Mexican place on the block). 8 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square, which we go to very often, and a super easy commute to University City and Center City. House is owned by one of the roommates. Both roommates are gay men in late 20s/early 30s, one is an attorney and the other a professional dancer/circus arialist. We are fairly social and clean. Happy to meet or FaceTime to show the house and see the vibe! We split utilities, and there are solar panels on the room so electricity is usually $0 or very low. Cats are welcomed.
