We live upstairs, the renter would be downstairs below us. The unit very quaint and has 9' ceilings, it's own laundry, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, an a spot for a hot plate and cooking. There is plenty of outlets for power, a big wall for entertainment, and plenty of cupboards, closets and storage spaces. We monitor the outside with security cameras as an added layer of peace. The unit is on a cul de sac so there's limited vehicle traffic. Just past our street is easy access to bus lines, freeways, grocery stores, medical facilities, schools, churches, parks, shopping, beaches, restaurants, and Downtown. It is an amazing place to live in the foothills of Kalawahine/Papakolea, near Makiki. The ideal renter is tidy, courteous, friendly and community oriented. No need the be super quiet, but after 9:30 p.m. the street settles down, so we ask the same of the renter. Looking for preferably 1 tenant occupant with no pets, non-smokers, clean activity with no illegal activity or drug use. Please expect to pay rent early or on-time. Mahalo! Owner pays water. Tenant pays electricity. IMPORTANT NOTE: There's a 90-day lease trial period to start, so we both have time to adjust and be comfortable with this living arrangements. If we both feel that it is the right living arrangement after 90-days, we then sign a 1 year lease. We also have WiFi for complimentary use, but NOT included in the lease rent. Rent is paid electronically by a local bank transfer.
