Everyone in the building is respectful in terms of noise and it's generally a very quiet area. Base rent is $1425/month and utilities usually cost me $90-$120/month. This property is managed by Stonewood Property Management and they're very quick at responding to maintenance requests. The manager has been very nice and responsive as well. I've been here a couple years and have run into a couple issues, all of which were tended to the same day or a day later. I'm looking to sublease my last month from June 25-July 31, and we can get you set up for a long term lease after July 31. I'm flexible; if you'd like to move in later on July 1 that works too.
