My rate is about $100 less than what they currently charge so you can get in at my cheaper rent rate by taking over my lease! Complex has a pool, fitness center, clubhouse with game tables, free Starbucks coffee machine, rooftop deck, bike storage room, pet wash station and storage units available. Complex charges for valet trash service and internet on top of rent monthly - so rent is $1052/mo - add an additional $20 if you have a pet. You pay water and electric on top of that and cable if you choose. My apartment has GREAT storage space with a coat closet, pantry, laundry storage, and a HUGE walk-in closet! Lease available at current rate through 7/31/18.
