built in 1985.....well maintained with some updates, but no major remodeling...amazing location and awesome views of the front range mountains, just 100 feet to hiking trail/Open Space....excellent and very close schools and shopping center, yet feels like being out in the countryside....corner lot with xeriscape landscaping (no lawn )....10 minutes to downtown, and easy/close access to Hwy 36....not architectural digest, but very comfortable...
