NOTE: This is a senior community and one person must be 55+ years of age. If your contract is for 4 months or more, you will put utilities in your own name: gas, electric, internet. If you stay for a shorter time, these bills will remain in owners name and tenant will reimburse. Either way, water bill will remain in landlords name and tenant will reimburse. NOTE: Cable tv is not paid for by the owner Absolultely NO smoking in this property. You are responsible for maintaining the yards. Whether you hire a landscaper, ask the landlord to do so or whether you take care of it yourself is negotiable. If you say you will take care of it yourself and it becomes overgrown, you will be responsible for the cost of a landscaper/gardener to clean it up.
