What you do not see in the photos is that the apartment has stairs to a very large, unfinished, basement that has been used in the past as a home office, gathering space, and for storage. There is also additional basement space and shed space that can be used if needed. The apartment is available at this time. Pet permission may be possible under the appropriate conditions. We are flexible with the lease conditions and under the right circumstance would consider 6 month, 1 year, and 2 year agreements.
