Upgrades, etc. are entirely at the discretion of the owners. Additionally, renters are expected to perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs as necessary (several packs are provided), etc. Wired security system is provided "as-is" (and is currently disabled). The owners have verified that zone detection works, with the exception of what is labeled Living Room (probably needs a motion detector). You can use this system as it is, or you can contract with a monitoring service and they may install non-permanent systems in the home as the renters desire (and they may take advantage of the wiring for the motion detector). ANIMAL POLICIES A small-to-medium sized dog may be approved, pending conversation with owners. Additional security deposit (minimum of $250) is required. Security deposit is fully refundable if no damage is discovered on property and no animal waste is present upon vacating premises.
